Currently working on her fifth novel, best-selling author Roz Nay is excited to share everything she’s learned with writers young and old at Nelson Studio 88.
Her debut novel, Our Little Secret was a national bestseller and won the Douglas Kennedy Prize for best foreign thriller in France. Her second bestseller, Hurry Home (2020) and The Hunted (2022), were shortlisted in the Best Thriller and Best Crime Categories respectively, by the Crime Writers of Canada.
Roz taught English in high school for eight years in the UK and Australia, before moving to Canada and turning to writing. She is an alumnus of the Selkirk College writing program and Nelson’s Cultural Ambassador of 2020.
