Rock Band — Ages 9–12 (new this winter)

Plug in and play.

You’ll join a real band with Seneca and Bella — on guitar, bass, drums, keys or vocals — and learn how your part fits the whole sound. We pick the songs together, rehearse every week in the Venue, and finish the term with a live show.

Best for kids who already take lessons on their instrument or voice, at Studio88 or anywhere else.

Fridays, 4:00–5:00pm, January 8 to March 12 (10 rehearsals). $300. Up to 8 players.

Teen Band — Ages 13–17 (new this winter)

Two teen bands this winter. Pick the one that fits.

Mondays with Bella: an acoustic-style band. Voices, guitars, bass, keys and ukulele, playing covers and your own songs, with the focus on harmonies, arranging, and sounding like a band. Mondays, 3:45–4:45pm, January 4 to March 8 (10 rehearsals).

Fridays with Seneca and Bella: form a band, build the setlist and play it loud. Covers and originals on guitar, bass, drums, keys or vocals, working on tight playing, arranging and stage presence, with a live show to finish the term. Fridays, 5:30–6:30pm, January 8 to March 12 (10 rehearsals).

For teens who play or sing and take lessons or play regularly. Each band is $300, up to 8 players.

Bring a friend or family member to rehearsal in the last week of term, March 8–12.
